Looking for very smart and passionate recruiter for Internal and External hiring.
Handling & routing End-to-End Recruitment from initiating the recruitment process, Recruiting manpower & streamlining overall operations.
Hiring for all levels in the organization based on the manpower requirements.
Responsible for the full hiring cycle like sourcing, screening, interviewing of candidates, short listing, coordination, scheduling, reference checks, backups.
Souring potential candidate for required skill set through existing database, job portals, Headhunting, Job Posting, Personal Network, Orkut, LinkedIn, Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, direct reference, Internal & External References etc
