Conducting first level interviews, coordinating with ops round, rolling out offer letters.
Responsible for joining formalities and taking care of all compliance regarding recruitment & selection.
Compiling the applications received and checking the same for certification and educational credentials and other details required.
Ensuring that candidate & panel complete all rounds of interviews & documentation.
Good Communication Skills.
