Responsible for end to end recruitment process

Sourcing candidates through various - Job sites, social networking sites etc 

Screen, select, and submit candidates to open requirements.

Candidate should be proficient in using Job Portals and Networking sites to mine for suitable candidates.

Use various job portals, social networking sites, and networking tools to generate pool of suitable talent

Follow up with candidate during the interview stage

Maintain database and other reports as required

Good communication (Verbal & Written)

Good communication and convincing skills
