Customize Salesforce.com page layouts, fields, tabs, and business processes

Maintain and create workflows and approval processes within Salesforce.com

Integration of Salesforce.com with other SaaS applications and internal IT systems

Assist with bulk imports and exports of data into Salesforce.com

Maintain user roles, security, profiles, etc.

Coordinate upgrades, new system implementations, integration, etc.

Assist in the resolution of technical support cases

Design and build custom objects in Salesforce.com

Integrate AppExchange applications within Salesforce.com organization

Design and build custom applications using Force.com and Visualforce.com

Work closely with business partners to realize the full capabilities of Salesforce.com

Proactively seek to improve day-to-day efficiency and automate activities wherever possible
